About The Role

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.

This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

Key Responsibilities

Receives and directs internal and external calls, maintaining a daily report.
Greets clients and visitors, following security procedures and the Internal Front Desk Manual.
Reserves meeting rooms through Outlook, including any special meeting requests.
Supports messaging and gift registration according to policy.
Maintains daily reports on activities related to their duties and monitors their status.
Receives communications from government institutions.
Manages parking courtesy calls for visitors.
Manages transportation services, registering and checking services monthly

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent




2 years of experience as Receptionist in corporate offices or FrontDesk in Hospitality
Advanced English (spoken and written)
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
