TCS is seeking a Senior Directory Services Engineer to support the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise identity and directory services environments, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available authentication and access management solutions.

The Senior Directory Services Engineer will collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and operations teams to support and enhance Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments, implement identity management solutions, strengthen security controls, and ensure the reliability of enterprise authentication services across on-premises and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
Manage and troubleshoot directory services, including LDAP, Kerberos, DNS, Sites and Services, and authentication services.
Support identity synchronization and hybrid identity solutions using Azure AD Connect.
Implement and maintain Conditional Access Policies and identity security controls.
Monitor directory services performance,



availability, and reliability across enterprise environments.
Perform Active Directory backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
Support Azure infrastructure components, including Subscriptions, Resource Groups, and ExpressRoute connectivity.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams to enhance identity and access management solutions.
Troubleshoot complex authentication, authorization, and directory services issues.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational best practices across identity platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Active Directory and enterprise directory services environments.
8+ years of experience supporting Windows Server operating systems.
Strong communication skills in English.
Availability for full-time employment.

Location
Mexico City, Querétaro, Guadalajara, or Monterrey.
