Compensation Analyst

Summary of role:

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for researching, evaluating, and administering employee compensation programs. This includes conducting job evaluations, participating in salary surveys,



and supporting benchmarking studies. The analyst collaborates with HR, management, and sometimes external consultants to ensure the organization’s pay practices are competitive and internally equitable.

Key Responsibilities

Salary Structure Design: Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of salary structures and pay grades according to corpoprate guidelines. Ensures consistency and compliance with the organization’s compensation philosophy and legal requirements.
Compensation Program Administration: Administers merit increases, bonuses, and incentive programs. Collaborates with HR and management to manage annual salary review processes.
Job Evaluation and Classification: Reviews job descriptions and conducts job evaluations to determine appropriate classification and grade level in allignment with integral C&B; . Recommends salary ranges based on internal equity and external market dat
