WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Americas HR Operations team, based in Dallas and Mexico City and part of our globally connected HR Operations function. The team supports scalable HR operations for Bain offices across the Americas, with a focus on process standardization and centralization to support Bain’s continued growth and maintain our position as a great place to work.
You’ll work closely with HR and Program Management teams, Recruiting teams, and employees across the offices you support. Because many of these relationships will be remote, you’ll have the opportunity to build strong partnerships across locations while delivering a high level of service.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Coordinator, Americas HR Operations, you’ll join us in a 6-month contract role focused on HRIS and Workday administration. You’ll own the delivery of specified HR activities and processes for your assigned offices.
This is a varied, deadline-driven role that requires exceptional organization, time management, accuracy, and attention to detail.



You’ll work independently while collaborating with colleagues across the Americas and will use multiple Bain systems and applications in your day-to-day work. Your responsibilities will primarily focus on HRIS administration and may support areas across HR Operations based on the needs of the offices you support.
You’ll quickly develop an understanding of our systems and processes, how they work together, and how your work affects employees and other stakeholders. You’ll also have opportunities to identify patterns, develop creative solutions, and implement process improvements that benefit both the team and its customers.
