We’re looking for a senior security professional to lead cloud security architecture and engineering initiatives, strengthening the security and resilience of Google Cloud (GCP) environments through automation, security guardrails and scalable security patterns.

What you’ll do

- Design and implement secure GCP architectures, including IAM, least privilege, network segmentation, encryption, secrets management and logging/monitoring.
- Define and maintain security reference architectures, policies and guardrails.
- Lead threat modeling, security reviews and risk remediation across GCP services and migrations.
- Engineer security controls using automation & Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent).
- Integrate security into CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows,



including IaC validation, secrets detection and container/image scanning.
- Own and mature the SIEM environment (Google Security Operations / Chronicle preferred), including log onboarding, parsing, detection engineering, tuning, dashboards and alerting.

What we’re looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
- Advanced English
- 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, with strong hands-on experience in cloud security architecture/engineering.
- 3+ years securing GCP environments.
- Strong knowledge of GCP IAM, organization/policy guardrails, network security, encryption, logging & monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with a modern SIEM; Google Security Operations/Chronicle is a strong plus.
- Experience with Terraform/IaC and scripting (Python or equivalent).
- Knowledge of detection engineering, log onboarding, parsing/normalization, query languages, alert tuning and dashboards.
- Experience with threat modeling, security architecture reviews and risk assessment.
