About The Role

The Senior Manager, Web Production Design owns the web production on the General Design Production team across product, campaign, and industry teams on Salesforce.com. This role will lead a new team of web production designers, set the standard for production quality, and help build and refine new workflow processes. You'll also stay hands-on, working directly in Figma to build, review, and unblock work alongside the team. It's a player-coach role: you're accountable for your team's output and growth, while still shipping polished, production-ready work yourself.
