Position Summary
The Senior Compliance & Ethics Specialist (Investigations)



will be part of the ZF LIFETEC Corporate Compliance Department, reporting to the Head of Compliance. The role is responsible for conducting and managing compliance whistleblowing reports and investigations, providing compliance guidance to the business, and driving preventative compliance initiatives. While supporting the integral Compliance function and global compliance initiatives, the position will have a strong focus on ZF LIFETEC's operations in North America, particularly Mexico and play a key role in fostering a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.

Your Tasks
Lead and support compliance investigations involving fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, misconduct, regulatory violations, and other compliance matters.
Manage cases from intake through closure, including fact-finding, data analysis, document reviews, interviews, reporting, and remediation design and tracking.
Coordinate investigations with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, and external
