The Role:
Production Support Specialist role focused on providing Level 1 IT support for Cart’s Fulfillment‑as‑a‑Service operations. Responsible for troubleshooting production issues, monitoring system health,



executing operational tasks on Linux servers (SSH/CLI), querying production databases, and reviewing code to resolve data and system incidents. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical problem‑solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, startup environment while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.

What You’ll Do:
Become a recognized technical expert with the Cart product set.
Work with a team of production support specialists, providing issue resolution and performing troubleshooting.
Present issues to the team when to address blockers
Use resourcefulness and quick-thinking to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues
Consult directly with internal parties on the solutions, aiding in any communication to clients.
Utilize functional product and technical knowledge to educate, problem-solve, and deliver issue resolution to our clients and facilities.
