Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

* Support department initiatives: Coordinate projects and activities for the
Banquets, Culinary, and Restaurants teams
* Implement immediate corrective measures and plan preventive actions with the
parties involved.Coordinate the Food Hygiene Management Program
* Carry out internal certifications in the areas related to the program
* Follow up on the action plans resulting from audits and inspections
* Facilitate cohesive communication: Maintain clear and effective communication
across all departments to support collaboration and efficiency
* Provide exceptional service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries
from guests and team members
* Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support such as
writing correspondence, managing purchase requests, data entry, and filing to
support department operations
* Assist with personnel activities: Support department leaders in new hire
onboarding, payroll management, and time-off requests
