About The Role:
Veralto is seeking a People Insights Data & Application Management Lead to contribute to the mission of the People Insights team, which is to position HR as a data-driven organization by actioning insights through operations. The People Insights team is a key element of shared services which enable the delivery of the best associate experience and enable our HR teams and associates to focus on their highest-value work through operational excellence, technology, and analytics.
This position is remote in Mexico and reports to the People Insights Product Delivery Leader.
As the People Insights Data & Application Management Lead, you will shape data strategy and quality by ensuring data integrity, integration, and availability and evolving the data model to support People Insights’ strategic priorities and deliverables. Through this work, you will create a trusted and scalable data foundation
