We're looking for an E-commerce & Marketplace Specialist who is passionate about digital retail, data-driven decision making, and delivering flawless execution across Amazon, Walmart, and other online channels.
This is more than an E-commerce role—it's an opportunity to be hands-on in shaping how Bosanet's products show up, sell, and perform across the region's top marketplaces.
This is a remote position open to candidates based in any Central American country—including Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panama, Honduras, and El Salvador.
What will you do?
As our E-commerce & Marketplace Specialist, you will manage and optimize Bosanet's e-commerce and marketplace channels, ensuring flawless execution of the commercial and operational activities that drive sales, visibility, availability, and profitability. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring platform incidents, restrictions,



or changes and following up until resolution.
Monitoring PPC campaigns and identifying optimization and efficiency opportunities.
Identifying trends, opportunities, and deviations to propose corrective or growth actions.
Following up on FBA operations and replenishment needs.
Coordinating incident resolution related to inventory and fulfillment.
Supporting the operation of other digital channels, ensuring follow-through on tasks and deliverables.
Identifying process improvements and documenting activities to maintain traceability.
Coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers to execute e-commerce initiatives.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Trade, E-commerce, or related fields.
