Lead and coordinate automotive launch projects, ensuring successful delivery of quality, cost, timing, and customer objectives while driving collaboration across general cross-functional teams.

What can you look forward as Project Manager?

Lead automotive product launch projects from customer award through SOP, ramp-up, and project closure.
Manage project scope, timing, cost, quality, profitability, and customer commitments.




Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales.
Serve as the primary project interface for customers and key stakeholders.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes.
Drive project planning, milestone execution, reporting, and escalation processes.
Monitor project financial performance and support cost optimization initiatives.

Your profile as Project Manager:

Experience in automotive product launches and industrialization projects.
Ability to lead matrixed teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SAP, and project management tools.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering results and customer satisfaction.
