What You'll Do
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Invoice Processing Analysts, driving performance, accountability, and professional growth.
• Oversee end-to-end AP Invoice Processing, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time.
• Manage invoice receipt, coding, validation, workflow routing, posting, PO matching, exception handling, and discrepancy resolution.
• Monitor invoice queues, workloads, and performance to ensure service levels and operational objectives are achieved.
• Serve as a key escalation point for complex invoice processing issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve exceptions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, audit requirements, and standardized AP proc
