About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding & Production Manager to lead high-volume manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence across our injection molding and production departments.
This position will be responsible for achieving key business objectives in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance while ensuring process stability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
The adecuado candidate will combine strong technical expertise in plastic injection molding with proven leadership experience in automotive manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Production Leadership

Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
Ensure execution of production plans according to customer demand.
Optimize manpower allocation, line balancing, and resource utilization.
Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to eliminate bottlenecks.




Drive production efficiency and capacity improvements.

Injection Molding Operations

Manage all injection molding processes, including troubleshooting, optimization, and validation.
Establish and maintain robust processing parameters.
Improve cycle times while maintaining product quality standards.
Lead SMED initiatives and mold changeover reduction activities.
Support new mold trials, engineering changes, and product launches.
Monitor resin consumption and material utilization.

Continuous Improvement

Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.
Drive initiatives focused on:
OEE Improvement
Scrap Reduction
Labor Productivity
Cost Optimization
Capacity Expansion
Inventory Control
Facilitate Kaizen events and cross-functional improvement teams.
Promote 5S and visual management practices.

Quality Compliance

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
