What You'll Bring
Required
1–3 years of relevant professional experience in emergency medicine, emergency department operations, nursing, clinical workflows, healthcare IT, or a related environment.
Advanced English, with the ability to communicate professionally in written and spoken English.
Experience with ticketing, support, clinical, or healthcare information systems.
Understanding of emergency department and/or acute care workflows.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex clinical workflows.
Clear and professional communication.
Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
Commitment to continuous learning.
Nice to Have
Epic experience or certification.
ASAP experience.
EHR/EMR experience.
U.S. healthcare experience.
Experience in an Emergency Department or urgent care
