- Develop and Maintain Workday Reports: Create and refine Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports using Workday reporting best practices to support Reporting & People Analytics,



ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs. Enhance HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into meaningful Workday reports and dashboards. Optimize Workday Reporting Solutions:
- Utilize calculated fields, custom reports, Workday-delivered reporting tools (worksheets, discovery boards, storyboards, PRISM, etc.) to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.
- Develop Workday Prism Analytics solutions: Build and maintain Prism datasets, transformations, and data pipelines that extend native Workday reporting capabilities and enable advanced workforce analytics. Ensure Data Accuracy and Compliance: Implement best practices for data validation and report integrity, ensuring compliance with HR policies and data security standards.
