POSITION SUMMARY:
The Practice / Clinic Supervisor partners with physicians and all members of the team by efficiently performing a full range of office supervision and administrative duties. Responsible for helping create and ensure a positive patient experience along with a smooth workflow within the practice. As a frontline representative of the office while also ensuring back office operations run smoothly. This position requires efficiency with administrative and general operational functions.
Must be confident and possess the ability to maintain a focused and professional demeanor while accommodating different work styles and personalities. Demonstrates consistent sound judgment, making timely decisions in complex situations, and setting priorities among multiple projects. Being thorough and thoughtful with consistent and timely follow-through is essential to success in this role while leading by example.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assists with the supervision of all aspects of day-to-day operations for assigned practice locations under the general supervision and guidance of the VP of Operations.
- Directly supervises the medical office team ensuring proper staffing by assessing, interviewing, hiring, properly guiding, training and coaching clinic and administrative team members.
- Ensures accuracy of timecards and approval to Payroll per each bi-weekly pay cycle deadline.
