NAPS is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO). This role will serve as a critical link between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams, supporting financial projects, process improvement initiatives, and automation efforts. The adecuado candidate will have experience working within financial services environments, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary liaison between clients, business users, developers, accounting teams, and other technical stakeholders.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between client expectations and technical solutions.
Manage information requests and coordinate communication among cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with internal and external stakeholders to identify business needs and priorities.
Process Improvement & Automation

Lead process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies through business process assessments and gap analyses.
Design and recommend process automation solutions to improve efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
Support the implementation and monitoring of process optimization initiatives.
Documentation & Reporting

Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flows, and other project documentation.
Develop technical and business reports to support decision-making and project execution.
Ensure proper documentation of processes, requirements, and compliance-related activities.
Data Analysis & Financial Projects

Support financial services projects by analyzing business and operational data.
Work with databases to extract, validate,



and analyze information using SQL.
Develop reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functionalities such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
Assist stakeholders in interpreting data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Quality Assurance & Compliance

Support compliance, audit, and reporting activities related to operational and client processes.
Develop and implement quality assurance measures for process improvement and onboarding initiatives.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Business Operations Analyst, or similar role.
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
Experience working on financial services projects, banking, fintech, wealth management, or related financial industries.
Experience in process mapping, business process improvement, and process automation initiatives.
Basic to intermediate SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing data from databases.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
Experience creating BRDs, SOPs, process documentation, and technical requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred

Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, investment management, or related sectors.
Experience working within PMO environments.
Knowledge of compliance, risk management, audit processes, and reporting.
Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent.
