We are looking for a strategic, proactive, analytical, and people-oriented professional to join our team as Talent Acquisition & Global Mobility Chief.

This position combines talent acquisition, workforce planning, stakeholder management, employer branding, and general mobility. The role will work closely with business leaders and HR teams to attract and retain qualified talent, lead recruitment strategies, support organizational needs, and coordinate international mobility processes.

Work Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related leadership position.
- Experience managing recruitment processes for technical, operational, administrative, and management positions.
- Experience in multinational companies, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments is preferred.
- Experience with Global Mobility and international assignments.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.




- Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced international environment.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with HR systems, recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR teams to understand workforce needs and define recruitment strategies.
- Develop and implement effective talent attraction and sourcing strategies.
- Lead initiatives related to employer branding and candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement actions.
- Support workforce planning and talent strategy initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding activities in collaboration with HR and business areas.
- Lead and coordinate Global Mobility processes, including international assignments and employee relocations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations related to recruitment and mobility.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
- Analyze labor market trends and identify new talent attraction opportunities.
- Prepare reports and provide clear updates to management.
- Promote a positive employee and candidate experience throughout the talent lifecycle.
