As a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist at Belvo, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across multiple functions - partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, build sourcing strategies, and manage recruitment processes end-to-end. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves recruitment and cares deeply about people - and wants real ownership over their work in a team where culture isn't a slide deck, it's how we operate every day. Talent Acquisition

Source, screen, and hire the best talent across LATAM - tech, product, business,



and beyond. Build proactive pipelines and continuously sharpen your research and sourcing techniques. Map the competitive landscape and apply market intelligence to your search strategies. Track and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, etc.) Leverage our ATS platform (Ashby), recruitment tools, and AI to attract and identify top talent faster.

People Operations

Process payroll accurately and on time in compliance with Mexican labor law Manage benefits administration: health insurance and employee perks Handle day-to-day office management and coordinate team-building activities and events.

Support labour topics: contracts, compliance, employee queries, and documentation.
