Drive innovative sourcing strategies, collaborate with the global Talent team at Scopely to optimize hiring processes, and use data to uncover opportunities, measure engagement, and deliver market insights Proven experience operating in a global Sourcing/Talent Research function within the tech or gaming industries Superior relationship building & networking skills, attention to detail and ability to create positive lasting impressions with business partners Strong English language skills are required for this role, as we have a highly diverse and global business Please submit your CV in English.
