seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to support the execution and delivery of its Global Network Design (GND) transformation program. This high-visibility initiative is focused on enabling next-generation supply chain network capabilities across North America and LATAM through the integration of business processes, advanced data platforms, and supply chain transformation initiatives.
This role will serve as the operational cornerstone of the program, coordinating complex, cross-functional workstreams while ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, technical teams, data organizations, and PMO functions. The ideal candidate has a strong supply chain program management background, experience driving large-scale enterprise initiatives, and the ability to manage dependencies, risks, and timelines across geographically distributed teams.
The position is fully remote with minimal travel and requires flexibility to support EST, CST, and CDT business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage multiple projects and workstreams within PepsiCo's Global Network Design program.
Drive execution against critical milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and program objectives.
Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, supply chain stakeholders, technical teams, data organizations, and external partners.
Partner with Supply Chain Transformation, Product, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Solutions, and PMO teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Monitor program health through governance processes, status reporting, risk management, and issue escalation.
Facilitate stakeholder communication across North America and LATAM regions.




Proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting delivery timelines and business outcomes.
Track program progress and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
Support testing, validation, and rollout activities associated with network design and supply chain transformation initiatives.
Maintain alignment across transportation, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain operations teams.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale programs or projects.
Strong background in Supply Chain Program Management, Technical Program Management, or PMO leadership.
Demonstrated success managing global, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
Experience working within large-scale supply chain environments, including one or more of the following: Transportation
Procurement
Manufacturing
Distribution / Go-to-Market
Supply Chain Operations

Proven expertise in governance, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting.
Ability to influence and align stakeholders at Director and VP levels.
Experience delivering technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of modern data platforms, cloud ecosystems,



and enterprise analytics environments.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading globally distributed and cross-cultural teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Network Design initiatives or supply chain optimization programs.
Knowledge of Databricks, enterprise data platforms, or data transformation programs.
Experience with advanced analytics, supply planning, or network design tools.
Familiarity with supply chain data ecosystems and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience managing consulting firms, system integrators, or external delivery partners.
Background within FMCG, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Logistics, or similar large global organizations.
English fluency required; Spanish strongly preferred.
Program Details
Active, fully funded initiative supporting North America and LATAM deployments.
Expected to continue through 2026 with potential extension into 2027.
Current focus areas include Mexico, Brazil, and LATAM rollout activities.
Key challenges involve timeline management, dependency tracking, testing readiness, and coordination across multiple regional teams.
