Job Summary:

Redial BPO is seeking a proactive and hands-on facilities assistant to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of our work environment. This role is adecuado for someone who not only has strong facilities maintenance experience but is also skilled in handling minor and can assist with transporting Redials clients to necessary locations, in Mexico and the USA. The facilities assistant will ensure that the office operates smoothly, remains compliant with health and safety regulations, and provides a comfortable and secure space for employees.

Hours of Operation

9-hour shift.
10:00 am - 19:00 pm PST, Tuesday to Saturday (schedule flexibility on weekends).

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily maintenance and general upkeep of the facility, including office space, common areas, and equipment.
Perform minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance) to reduce downtime and external costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.
Manage vendor relationships for larger maintenance projects, cleaning services, security, and other outsourced services.
Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and ensure timely procurement when needed.
Respond to facility-related emergencies promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
Work closely with HR and Operations teams to ensure workspace efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Provide recommendations for facility improvements and cost-effective solutions.
Transporting Redials clients to necessary locations in Mexico and the USA.





Qualifications & Requirements:

Technical skills:

High school or related educational level (Required).
Proven experience in facilities maintenance, or a similar role (preferably 1-2 years).
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices (preferred).
Hands-on ability to perform basic repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
Knowledge of building systems, fire safety, and security protocols is a plus (preferred).
Experience managing vendors and negotiating contracts (preferred).
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle facility-related issues efficiently.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Excellent driving skills.

Language:

Spanish (required).
English B2 (required).

Ability to work independently and proactively address facility-related concerns.

Valid driver's license (required).
US Visa (required).
SENTRI (preferred).
