- Report directly to the Sr Customer Quality Manager

- Ensure customer warranty claim submissions are processed expeditiously within T&L;

- Support mutual agreement regarding claims credited by T&L; based on verification by T&L; Technical Staff

- Manage claim status through T&L; data tracking systems and customer business portals

- Capture customer-specific warranty claims weekly in the Littelfuse database (Aras, RMA App, CoPQ App)

- Direct customers to send warranty claim units to the originating facility (Muzquiz, Matehuala, Piedras Negras) for evaluation

- Secure analysis results from originating facilities and process claims as approve, deny, or scrap in Littelfuse and customer systems

- Monitor open warranty claims weekly through closure and prevent auto-debit cases

Requirements

- Engineering Degree in Electronics, Electric or Industrial

- 2+ years of experience in Quality, Engineering or Project Management

- Demonstrated ability to influence others with data

- Proven track record of partnering with multi-disciplinary teams (Sales, Engineering, Quality, Operations)

- PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel,



PowerPoint, and Power BI

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
