We are seeking a Scala Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable big data applications that power high-volume billing and transactional systems. This role will focus on building Spark-based data processing solutions, developing backend services, and contributing to modern web-based platforms that support critical business operations.

Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable applications using Scala and Apache Spark for large-scale data processing and analytics.
Build and maintain solutions supporting billing, transaction processing, and data-driven business workflows .
Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and client-server applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver web-based solutions leveraging Angular front-end components.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability across distributed systems.
Participate in code reviews, testing,



deployment, and ongoing production support.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Scala .
Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and big data processing frameworks.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs .
Knowledge of web-based, client-server application architecture.
Experience with Angular or similar front-end frameworks.
Background supporting high-volume billing, transactional, or financial systems .
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with Kafka, distributed systems, or cloud-based data platforms.
Media, advertising, or large-scale enterprise platform experience
