Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience with significant leadership responsibility in supply planning, inventory management, purchasing, S&OP;/IBP, and supplier performance management 3-5 years of people leadership or multi-country leadership experience within a regional or multinational organization Demonstrated experience leading supply planning organizations, S&OP;/IBP processes, inventory optimization initiatives, purchasing operations, supplier performance management, and supply continuity programs Strong ERP and analytics capabilities, including SAP or comparable ERP systems, advanced Excel, planning tools, and business intelligence platforms Fluent in English and Spanish Availability to travel across Latin America as business needs require Master's degree preferred Portuguese is a strong advantage Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in supply chain management, including supply planning, inventory optimization, and supplier performance management, while leading regional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
