and international import/export regulatory requirements Knowledge of regional export/import trade laws and regulations Ability to lead export and re-export activities Ability to develop and implement trade compliance policies, procedures, tools, and programs Ability to conduct compliance and risk audits and develop corrective action plans Ability to build and maintain relationships with government and customs agencies Ability to implement trade compliance training programs Ability to design and maintain databases and assessment tools Ability to manage cross-functional committees Ability to collaborate with global teams, customers, functional peer managers, and senior management Core Competencies Demonstrates expert knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations, with a strong ability to develop and implement trade compliance policies and training programs.
