About the job

Goods & Services is looking for a Senior Release Manager who serves as the
operational bridge between Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Enterprise Program
Managers (EPMs),



and also works with Systems Engineering, DevOps, Quality,
Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure mobile software releases are planned,
documented, approved, deployed, and monitored successfully.

What you’ll do:

* Release Planning & Coordination / Documentation Readiness:
* Coordinate creation, review, approval, and release of software lifecycle
documentation.
* Create or Track readiness of all documents
* Maintain documentation dependency maps and critical path analysis.
* Escalate documentation gaps that could delay testing, regulatory
submissions, or deployment readiness
* Deployment Management
* Own deployment planning for Internal releases, Limited Market Releases
(LMR), Feature Rollouts, International Deployments, Sustaining Patches, and
Hotfixes
* Coordinate deployment execution with DevOps and IT teams.
* Manage staged rollout strategies, rollback plans, deployment targeting,
