Job Summary

Support the Program Management team in coordinating daily operations between production, customers, and internal functional teams. We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused student with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn about program management within a global manufacturing environment. This role will assist in production planning, customer communication, shipment coordination, and revenue tracking.

The Program Management Intern will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

- Attend production meetings on the shop floor
- Present the weekly production plan
- Ensure weekly targets are met
- Communicate with the client
- Manage shipments and invoices
- Schedule and manage revenue flow and fulfillment

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

- Degree in Marketing, International Trade, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of invoicing and shipments
- Experience handling and interacting with clients
- Intermediate conversational English
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sense of urgency
- Versátil schedule availability
