The Sales Development Representative is crucial for supporting our Account
Managers by executing focused, high-volume prospects to acquire new customer
opportunities.



The primary mission of a Sales Development Representative is to
identify, qualify, and transition high potential leads, ensuring our Account
Managers are focused on closing profitable deals.

Position Responsibilities

* Execute the Hunt: Be the spearhead of new business acquisition by conducting
proactive, high-volume outbound prospecting across your assigned territory
(via calls, emails, and social channels) to identify potential new customers
for thermoplastic resins.
* Qualify with Precision: Use a rigorous qualification process to assess a
prospect's needs, budget, authority, timeline, and fit with Nexeo's value
proposition and product offerings (S.P.E.D. or similar methodology). Your
goal is to deliver sales-ready leads directly into the Account Manager's
pipeline.
* Action-Oriented Outreach: Develop and execute creative, personalized, and
multi-threaded outreach campaigns that cut through the noise, securing
initial disco
