We are looking for a Financial Coordinator to lead the companys financial management, including budgetary control, financial forecasting, tax compliance, and efficient resource allocation. This is a key role for decisionmaking with direct visibility into the companys overall performance. Responsibilities Lead financial planning and control. Coordinate the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget. Oversee cash flow and prepare financial forecasts. Manage accounting, tax, and audit processes, ensuring compliance with SAT regulations. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure financial compliance. Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis. Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoicing. Prepare monthly financial reports for senior management. Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.



5 years of experience in finance, including at least 2 years in a coordinator or supervisory role. Solid knowledge of Mexican accounting and tax regulations. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools. Experience with Odoo ERP preferred or similar platforms. Experience using AI tools for financial data analysis is a plus. Advanced English interviews will be conducted in English. Availability to travel 12 times per month. What We Offer 40,000 MXN gross per month.
