We are looking for a Technical Presales Manager to join us as a technical director, responsible for leading technical presales and supporting Business Development initiatives, acting as the key technical reference for our clients across LATAM and the USA Role Responsibilities: Participate as the

technical lead

in high-value services, working alongside multidisciplinary profiles and maintaining

direct interaction with clients .

Business development and technical presales.

You will participate in the preparation of presales activities and client presentations showcasing the global and specific capabilities of

knowmad mood . You will collaborate with the business development team in the implementation of

PoCs and pilot solutions , and accompany the

Commercial and Business Development Directors

in client and prospect visits, representing the company from a

technical perspective

and contributing to the generation of new business opportunities.

Promote

best practices and infrastructure

for the execution of development projects (development ecosystem:

code repositories, IaC, etc. ).

Participate in different

events representing knowmad mood , acting as a technical extension of the company's leadership.

Coordinate and provide technical leadership

in presales and services when more than one technological community is involved.

Participate in

technical strategy meetings

with representatives from different technology communities to identify synergies and define technical strategies.

Propose

new initiatives





and technically lead them in collaboration with other

Technical Leaders

and members of the

Expert Center

from other communities.

Minimum Requirements: At least

10 years of experience as a Software/Solutions Architect , including design, estimations, risk management, and implementation of

enterprise solutions across different technologies .

At least

5 years of experience as a Technical Lead , with strong

team leadership skills

and extensive experience with

agile methodologies .

Creativity and innovation mindset , with initiative to propose and lead new ways of working or organizing teams.

At least

4 years of experience supporting commercial activities , delivering presentations, defending technical solutions, and preparing technical presales.

Ability to

generate business opportunities with clients .

Residence in México is required.

We need to strengthen our teams in both cities to occasionally attend

client or prospect meetings

and deliver presales presentations together with the business team. These are occasional situations; the rest of the time

remote work or working from one of our offices

is possible, at the employee's discretion.
