- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale mobile applications using Flutter and modern mobile technologies
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to frontend and backend engineering teams
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and JSON-based services supporting mobile applications
- Oversee mobile application releases, deployments, and approval processes across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- Conduct technology assessments and evaluate emerging mobile solutions
- Recommend future-state architectures
- Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders
- Facilitate technical discussions and document decisions
- Ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

- 9–12 years of software development experience
- At least 9 years of hands‑on experience in iOS and/or Android application development
- Strong expertise in cross‑platform mobile development using Flutter and Dart
- Proven experience designing and delivering large‑scale, business‑critical mobile solutions
- Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON integrations, and backend services
- Experience with BFF or mobile backend API development using Java or Scala
- Ability to lead engineering teams while balancing hands‑on technical contributions and leadership responsibilities
- Stakeholder management, client‑facing communication, problem‑solving,



and architectural decision‑making skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Nice to have: knowledge of Flutter, Native Mobile Development, Mobile Web, React Native, Ionic, PhoneGap, and related mobile frameworks
