Here's what you'll do during a typical day: + **Oversee general ledger and financial reporting:** Reconcile General Ledger accounts, review discrepancies, and guide team members in resolving issues to ensure accuracy and compliance + **Provide reporting oversight:** Ensure accurate processing of financial reports, including month-end closing, monthly forecasts, and variance reports + **Control budgets and inventory:** Track and manage inventories and operational expenses to maintain cost control + **Supervise payroll processing:** Oversee timekeeping systems, weekly payroll submissions, gratuity calculations, and monthly payroll audits + **Handle financial transactions:** Ensure proper processing of received checks, calculate daily deposit transmittals, and maintain financial records + **Inspire and develop the team:** Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team **What It Takes to Make the Stay** At Hilton,
