L1 Support Engineer (Analytics & BI) Contractor · Remote in

Mexico

We're looking for an

L1 Support Engineer

to provide first-line support for analytics and business intelligence users. If you enjoy solving technical problems, helping users succeed, and want to build your career in data and analytics, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for BI platforms and dashboard users.

Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases to senior engineers when needed.

Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution.

Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Gather requirements for dashboard requests and feature enhancements.

Deliver user training sessions and product demonstrations.

Monitor dashboard performance and availability.

Assist with user access and permissions.

Contribute to process improvements based on user feedback.

Requirements

1–3 years of

customer support

or

technical support

experience.

At least 1 year of experience with

BI tools

or

analytics platforms ,



or equivalent demonstrated learning ability.

Basic

SQL skills

and understanding of database concepts.

Experience with

Tableau

or a similar

BI tool .

Familiarity with

data warehousing ,

ETL concepts , and

Snowflake .

Experience using ticketing or issue-tracking systems.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Tableau, cloud, or other relevant technical certifications.
