Develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes and technologies for both internal and external customers. Maintain existing training content and systems resulting from analysis of system development, regulatory mandates and/or payment brand compliance. Provide presentations, demonstrations, advice and consultancy relating to systems and ancillary products. Delivers a range of simple to moderately complex technical training content and a clear understanding of given subject(s) by following course syllabus with little to moderate deviation. Tailors content based on individual customer needs, as directed. Occasionally assists with simple design projects. Provides basic cross-training and support for colleagues. Contributes to on-site client support and training by providing basic advice relating to the applicable functionality of the system and ancillary products. Accompanies/supports higher level trainer/manager as needed; however, training could be single trainer led.




Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Relevant Experience or Degree in: Additional experience in lieu of degree will be accepted Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp Training delivery experience; Bachelor's Degree is not essential

Preferred Qualifications

Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Exp Experience of full training life cycle - analysis, design, delivery, evaluation; proficient in second language Relevant Training certification.
Job Complexity - Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Supervision - Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
Training Delivery - Ability to dissect and transfer knowledge to diverse audiences.
Training Design - Ability tailor training content to meet audience requirements.
