The Sergeant at Arms (SIA) is responsible for ensuring discipline, governance, and effective execution in strategic projects, particularly SAP implementations and production improvement initiatives.
This role acts as a key enforcer of project objectives by ensuring alignment across teams, adherence to defined processes, and on-time delivery of milestones and results.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and processes
Escalate critical issues to senior leadership
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems or related field
Experience in SAP implementation
Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Office, teams
Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile)
Advanced English proficiency
Conflict management
