You will lead and manage staff training to contribute to their professional development aligned with the Airbus strategy and its objectives, as well as local STPS regulations.
Maintain the safety culture in the Training area
Follow up on KPIs to maintain and improve the quality of the training provided
Control and improvement of Training Rooms
Control of material inventories and Training tools
Evaluation of internal and external training and certification programs
Operate and plan the Training budget in accordance with the Airbus codes of conduct
