DescriptionSocial Media ManagerRemote: Latin America, Eastern Europe and PhilippinesSchedule: Open to Full time US schedule availabilitySalary: Open to negotiate based on expertiseWe're looking for talented Social Media Managers to join the HireLago Talent Marketplace—an exclusive network of vetted marketing professionals matched with fast-growing companies across North America.If you're passionate about creating engaging content, building thriving online communities, and turning analytics into winning strategies, we'd love to meet you.Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage content calendars across relevant social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Pinterest, etc.).- Create, curate, and schedule social media content aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.- Monitor and engage with communities - responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner.- Analyze organic social performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.- Identify and capitalize on trending content formats, platform features, and cultural moments.- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality social assets.- Develop and test content strategies to grow followers, improve engagement rates, and increase reach.- Manage influencer or creator relationships where applicable.- Brief and coordinate with paid media teams to amplify high-performing organic content.- Stay current with platform algorithm changes, new features, and social media best practicesRequirementsMust-Have Requirements- 2–4+ years of professional experience managing social media for brands or agencies.- Proven experience growing social media accounts organically across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn,
