Full-Cycle Caller — US Real Estate (Remote, Full Time, 2 openings)

We are a US real estate investment company. We buy houses directly from owners. You would own the conversation from the first call to the booked appointment: dialing, texting, qualifying, and following up until the owner is ready to talk numbers with our closer.

This is a phone role. The daily expectation is 150+ dials and 1-4 qualified opportunities. Most of our industry's best run 200 dials. If that number sounds like a problem, this is not the right role — and that's completely fine.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM US EASTERN TIME (about 9 AM - 5 PM in Mexico City). Evenings are when homeowners answer the phone - that window is the job. If those hours don't work for you, please don't apply.

Pay: $1,100 USD/month base (paid in your local currency, on time, every time) + 2.5% commission per deal you open and carry full cycle.



We promote from within: our best callers will be trained to become closers.

You need:

- Clear, confident spoken English (you'll talk with American homeowners all day)

- Reliable internet with a backup plan

- The temperament to hear "no" forty times and dial again

Cold-calling experience helps; attitude matters more — we train the scripts and systems.
