Observer AI is a US-based startup building local-AI software that monitors your screen privately, so you don't have to. We're hiring through the JCF program: paid positions ($9,582 MXN/mo + IMSS), based in Monterrey, brisas.

We're primarily filling two roles right now:
Content Strategy & Creation: Plan, script, record and voice short-form videos and posts that explain Observer to real users. You'll own ideas end-to-end.
Video Editing: Cut and polish that footage in CapCut / Premiere / DaVinci. Fast turnaround, strong sense of pacing and hooks.
