Job Responsibilities

1. Provide full-process services for international patients: consultation, appointment arrangement, treatment coordination and follow-up.

2. Explain medical programs, treatment processes, fees, and logistics clearly to patients.

3. Coordinate between patients, doctors, departments and administrative teams.

4. Assist with document preparation, medical interpretation, and arrival/departure support.

5. Track patient status throughout treatment and collect feedback to improve service.

6. Maintain patient relationships and ensure high satisfaction.

7. Complete other administrative and coordination tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; no specific major required.

2. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

3. Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

4. Patient, service-oriented, organized and responsible.

5. Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month

Experience:

- IVF Reproduction or Medicine: 1 year (Preferred)
