This position works out of our Mexico City location in the Nutritional Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages,

The role leads the Sales Force Effectiveness agenda for Mexico and Puerto Rico, ensuring the effective deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of sales force resources across both countries. It is responsible for core SFE processes including targeting, segmentation, territory alignment, incentive compensation, productivity measurement, and performance effectiveness, while providing structured recommendations to country leadership teams to improve field force productivity, customer coverage, incentive alignment, and execution discipline.
