About the Role
You'll work at the intersection of data and operations — running analyses, building automations, and supporting key business decisions with data. This is a hands-on role: you'll write SQL, work with Python, and get exposure to real production systems.
What you'll do
- Analyze customer and operational data to surface insights and support business decisions
- Build and maintain automations and lightweight integrations (N8N, APIs, scripts)
- Collaborate with the Operations, Risk, and Tech teams on active projects
- Help monitor key business metrics and flag anomalies
- Document what you build so the team can build on top of it
Idóneo profile
- Studying data engineering, data science, or a related field
- Comfortable with SQL and Python (you don't have to be an expert, but you need to be hands-on)
- Curious about how businesses work, not just how the code runs
- Takes ownership: you follow things through instead of waiting to be told what to do next
