Job Description
Delivers recruiting services at site and country level, ensuring timely and effective fulfillment of open positions.




Partners with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.
Sources and attracts candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking activities, and executive search methodologies.
Conducts resume screening, interviews, and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
Coordinates and facilitates the interview process between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Manages reference checks, employment verifications, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities for selected candidates.
Monitors recruitment KPIs, analyzes hiring data, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment processes.
