Mondelez México is seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to drive planning, preventive maintenance, and process improvements on the line. You will own centerline settings, maintenance budgets, and TPM-based improvement initiatives in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
You will lead a team of technicians, develop skills, and partner with Asset and Reliability teams to reduce R&M; costs while ensuring safety and quality targets are met.
