GrowthFizz is hiring a JR Growth & AI Consultant based in Mexico ?? to join the team.
100% remote. Small base salary + monthly bonus for every client you manage.
You do not need years of consulting experience.

You’ll work with clients across different industries, currently including fintech and B2B companies in the US and potentially UK.
The work starts by understanding how the client actually operates: their customer journey, processes, bottlenecks and biggest problems.
Then we figure out what needs to change, where AI or automation can help, and work with their existing team to implement it.
The goal isn’t to become an expert in every industry.
It’s to become an expert in the client’s problem quickly enough to help solve it.
During your first month, you’ll work closely with me to learn the GrowthFizz consulting frameworks, clients and way of working.
By month two, the goal is for you to start taking ownership of client management.
If I ask for A, I’m looking for someone whose instinct is to figure out how to bring back A++.
? Mexico-based because of client time zones
? Clients primarily in the US.
