Position Summary
The Manager, International Business Development plays a pivotal role in advancing Energizer’s International growth strategy – with a strong (but not exclusive) focus on Auto Care. Operating within the International Trade & Business Development (ITD) team and covering all International markets, this role is both strategic and entrepreneurial in nature.
The individual will identify and evaluate growth opportunities, commercial partnerships, and acquisition prospects. The role also covers key initiatives aimed at simplifying the Auto Care business model, including route-to-market strategies.
The ideal candidate will act as a project manager, linking cross-functional teams, to drive solutions. He/she will work closely with the broader ITD team as well as with key stakeholders in Regulatory, Global Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams, ensuring identified opportu
