Contract type: B2B (business-to-business contract)

As a Network Analyst, you'll monitor network performance, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities for service improvement across our customer environments. You'll investigate incidents and trends, and produce reporting that supports smarter operational decisions. This role suits someone who's naturally curious, enjoys digging into data, and wants their analysis to have a direct, visible impact on network reliability.

What You'll Do
Monitor network performance and analyze operational data across customer environments
Investigate incidents, trends, and recurring issues to improve reliability
Identify opportunities for service improvement and efficiency
Produce reporting and recommendations for operational and business stakeholders
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on improvement initiatives
Track key performance indicators and service metrics over time




Support root-cause analysis for recurring network issues

What We're Looking For
Experience in network monitoring, analysis, or operations
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and reporting tools
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
Excellent written communication skills for reporting and recommendations
Detail-oriented with a proactive, improvement-driven mindset
Ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable insights

Nice to Have
Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Grafana)
Familiarity with network monitoring platforms
Basic scripting or SQL knowledge for data analysis
