What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and develop a team of manufacturing project managers and continuous improvement specialists to build a strong culture of operational excellence.
Drive digitalization, automation,



capacity expansion, and manufacturing technology initiatives to improve productivity and support business growth.
Identify, prioritize, and deliver improvement projects and Kaizen activities that enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance.
Partner with production, quality, engineering, and integral manufacturing teams to implement scalable solutions and share best practices.
Define and execute manufacturing improvement roadmaps that align operational strategy with future growth and performance targets.

What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
Experience leading manufacturing technology, automation, digitalization, or factory transformation initiatives.
